Accessibility

[VERIFY] — legal review required. Confirm the conformance target you can actually support, and make sure the reporting contact is monitored by someone who can act on it.

We want this site to be usable by everyone who needs it, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or magnification.

What we aim for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We state that as a target we work to, not as a certified result — a conformance claim is only worth what an audit can back, and this site has not been through a formal audit yet.

What that means in practice

Semantic structure so screen readers can navigate by heading and landmark; keyboard access to every interactive control, including the navigation menus and the voice assistant; visible focus indicators; text contrast that meets AA; and text alternatives for meaningful images.

The voice assistant

The voice support assistant requires a microphone and is not a substitute for an accessible contact route. Every action it can help with is also available through the contact form and by phone.

Known limitations

Known gaps: the site has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit, and the voice assistant requires a microphone, so it is not usable by everyone. Every action it offers is also available through the contact form.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site is not usable for you, tell us through the Contact page and we will acknowledge within five working days and tell you what we intend to do about it.
