These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the provision of revenue cycle management services — those are covered by a separate services agreement and Business Associate Agreement between Medway and the client practice.
Use of this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to transmit unlawful content.
No professional advice
The content on this site — including articles about denials, coding, timely filing and revenue cycle practice — is general information written for practice owners. It is not legal, compliance, coding or financial advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Verify anything code-related against the current code year and your own payer contracts.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but payer rules and code sets change. We do not warrant that everything here is correct at the moment you read it.
Submissions
Do not submit patient health information through this site. Information you send us through a form is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where we link out, we are not responsible for the content or practices of the linked site.
Limitation of liability
This clause is intentionally left for counsel to draft. We would rather publish nothing here than publish boilerplate that has not been reviewed against the services Medway actually provides.
Governing law
Governing law follows the jurisdiction in which the Medway entity is registered. The specific state is confirmed in the services agreement rather than asserted here, so that the two documents cannot contradict each other.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
